One of our Food Scientist (Syed Jamil) has been involved with providing consulting services to a wide variety of clients within United States. The major emphases has been related to quality and food safety registrations. In the past 6 years HACCP registrations, either as standalone (including FSEP) or in conjunction with ISO or free standing SQF CODE, BRC and FSSC 22000 all GFSI Standards. His experience in the food related businesses goes back to 1994 where he acted as the Quality, Food Safety and R&D leading scientist for a world renowned European dairy, cookies and cracker group of companies. For the past 15 years he successfully developed and implemented AIB Food Safety Consolidated and GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) HACCP based programs for number of US-based food processing companies. His excellence for obtaining Quality (ISO 9001:2008), Food Safety (GFSI) and USDA Organic certifications within guaranteed timeline placed him as an exceptional Quality and Food Safety consultant. His Food Safety related projects cover Dairy, Food Ingredients, Beverages, Bakery, Snacks, Packaging, Frozen Croissant, Danish and Puff Pastry, chemical spray drying and dry blending projects.
